Blog Carnival: A Gluten-Free One!

This morning I went into my email, to see if I’d been missing anything over the weeks of ignoring the world outside my house. What I found there was an email from Kim Hopkins, who writes her own blog called The Food Allergy Coach. She’s starting a blog carnival all about Celiac Disease, where I’ve just submitted my Thanksgiving post. Of course, there will be plenty of other posts from other Gluten-Free bloggers, most of which are better and more experienced than I am.
